Week #2
Week two flew by without a warning. My weigh-in this morning stopped me in my tracks. +1.2.
Was it the T-Bone steak on Saturday?
Chinese & Sushi on Tuesday?
Late dinner after night class on Wednesday?
Lack of walking for 5 days in a row?
I'm not really sure WTF happened, but I did NOT like seeing 244.4 AGAIN on the scale. I have to break out of the 240's & I have to do it in two weeks. I HAVE to. Mentally, I need to see 239....very soon. I CAN do this, I know I can. I am disgusted and NOT giving up this time.
I have been researching the Wendie Plan & I am very interested. Anyone have any prior experience with the plan?

Don't know that. But pick one bad habit and do something to change it forever, make it better. :) You'll do it. You'll get to where you want to be.
You CAN do it - it is hard at first, but even a little daily exercise (no matter what) can make all the difference between a loss or a gain. You don't have to cut back on food too much at the beginning, either, that is where I went wrong when I started. No exercise and I cut back too much, plateaued by week 3, then I upped my cals, began to exercise and have lost consistently ever since!
Next week will be better for you - it is great seeing those numbers drop!
