Week #1- Getting Organized
I have been struggling to get my act together since our impromptu trip to GA. This week I focused on organizing my life and house so that a healthy lifestyle will seem a little easier. I have changed my countdown to thirteen weeks--counting down my birthday, which is January 9th. By that time I hope to be in a size 20 & walking at least three miles per day/ six days a week. I am doing Leslie Sansone's one mile in the morning (14 minutes) and depending on the weather, two stroller miles with the toddler or two more Leslie miles in the afternoons. I haven't been to the gym in weeks, I am finding it much more convenient with our recent rainy weather to stay home and walk in my living room.
I am not setting a weight-goal for January. I am still attending Weight Watchers, but I have been counting calories instead of points. I am trying to built healthy habits so that this trek into healthy living is successful. I have several pictures to share, I will add them later. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday.
This is my life...I am losing 100 pounds. I am a mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, fiance, and aunt. I am a woman that strives to be healthier and happier with herself. I struggle daily with the choices that I make. I am taking this journey one bite at a time.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. I hope you are having a wonderful day and succeeding at every feat you attempt, achieving every goal you desire, and loving yourself completely along the way.

Getting organized is always a good start (at least it helps me) SO good luck and you can do it!! :) God bless!
I work out at home. It's so much easier. So many less excuses. :)
Organization is the key... at least for me. Do what you can where you can. I know with the weather changing, it's going to be a challenge to stay on task. You know what they say, it takes 21 days to develope a habit. Good luck with the walking.
Great site.
