220 Calorie, 3 point meal in 7 minutes



My very delicious & super healthy meal from last night. From freezer to plate in 7 minutes.

Tilapia filet (cooked from frozen state, no thawing necessary) 100 Calories
Green Giant "Just for One" Frozen Veggies:
Cauliflower w/ cheese- 40 Calories
Peas & Corn in a delish sauce-80 Calories

*This had the be the quickest, most delicious meal I have had in a very long time*

*I sprinkled Mrs. Dash- lemon pepper on the tilapia*

*Very cost efficient, the tilapia is $1.29 per 100 calorie filet, veggies are sold in a pack of 6 microwavable containers for $3.00 a pack.*

Tilapia has a relatively low mercury level compared to other fish & is rich in Omega fatty acids. I think this may be my dinner 3 days a week. I am going to try the other Green Giant "Just for One" veggies this weekend.
